Paul VI has the best chance of making a move to the top with a future matchup against Gonzaga.

      Paul VI fades away
      Prep hits their stride
Landon is putting together an okay season
St. Albans lost badly to Prep and by 2 to Landon.

The IAC is down to Prep, Bullis and Landon.

Washington Post Boys’ Lacrosse rankings April 7, 2019
      PostRank School Record
      1 Gonzaga 9-3
      2 Bullis 12-2
      3 Georgetown Prep 9-3
      4 Severna Park 7-0
      5 St. Stephen’s/St. Agnes 9-3
      6 Briar Woods 9-0
      7 St. Albans 8-2
      8 Paul VI 7-3
      9 Riverside 3-1
      10 Marriotts Ridge 6-1

The DC area loses most of the major matchups against other regions. St. Albans will drop out os Landon will probably climb back in beating them.

I think some errors are in here as Prep is listed from PA and soundly beat St. Mary’s earlier this year.

SSSAS will certainly rise up quite high in the Post rankings. How low will GP drop?
